First of all I want to tell you all that i would not be anywhere right now if I did not take the time to study and learn.  Now by learning I do not mean go to college and get a degree.  That may be a great solution for a majority of people but for me that seemed old fashion and out of date.  I grew up in a family that had its own business so you could say I have always been learning how to make money.  In a way that is true but I really did not start learning how to make money until i took action into my own hands.  I started really looking into learning how to make money at the beginning of 2011.  My first discovery was audio books.  I listened to every book I could get my hands on that were about money.  As I listened a few stuck out to me and a few left me thinking they were telling me the same things in school.  Well if I did the same things they told me in school I would be in the same place that most people were in.  I wanted something better, something different.  The books I started to relate to were the Rich Dad books.  I recommend starting out with Rich Dad Poor Dad.  Now I know you can look the book up on google and find its a scam but really you can look up anything and find its a scam.  The people that say things are scams are most likely not succesfull.  If this is you I highly recommend you pause and reflect on your life.  Any way this is were I got started and it has changed my life entirely and it has only been two years since I picked up that book and one year since I started doing anything.  Read the book several times a year. It will change your life.
